The apartment is on the third floor and covers two floors. On the lower one the wood roofbeams are in plain sight and the height is around 5 meters giving a very spacious feel.
The living room is in the front, with three windows on the canal side, giving a view of the entire length of the Singel canal.
In the middle there is an open kitchen with dining area. In the back there is a bedroom with a freestanding bath, in the back corner there is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
One floor up there is another bedroom with its own bathroom with shower in bath, sink, toilet and bidet.
The roof deck is quite sunny and gives views of both Beulingsloot, Herengracht and Singel canal.
