On the ground floor, you will enter apartment B. Once you set foot in the hall of the apartment, you instantly sense this can be a place to feel at home. The hallway gives access to the living room, a separate toilet with fountain, bathroom both decorated in marble, and two bedrooms.
From the hallway you enter the living room which is situated on the front side of the apartment. It is a bright and open space with two large windows with a great view overlooking the lush green Singel canal. Sitting on the comfortable couch here, you may never want to leave this calming room again. Whether you’re watching a movie on the TV set or enjoying a drink with friends, this room feels as a cozy home in the middle of the center of Amsterdam.

Accessibility
Accessible by public transport by tram on Leidseplein and within walking distance of metro station Rokin and Vijzelgracht. Parking in the adjacent Hirsch building may be available on request or otherwise in the Q-Park parking on the other side of the canal.
