The apartment is on the ground floor, one enters via a communal hallway into the living/dining area which is adjacent to the semi open kitchen. The windows to the street are double glazed and secure. The kitchen has ample storage, a gas stove, large oven, extractor top and a fridge and freezer.
The apartment has a long hallway on its left side, that takes you past the largest bedroom (or second living room) to the 2 bedrooms in the back that are facing the private paved “garden”. The hallway has a very large built in cabinet.
On the right side of the apartment is the bathroom, this can be reached via the living and via the largest bedroom (or second living room). The bathroom has a washer, sink, bathtub, shower in tub and toilet.
In the middle of the apartment is the largest bedroom, or second living room. To its front you can go through the bathroom to the living/dining and to its back there are sliding doors with stained glass windows to the hallway that connects it to the 2 bedrooms in the back. This room has some large built in cabinets.
In the back are two bedrooms, one a little bigger than the other. Both face the private paved garden in the back, and via one them you can access this garden.
