Lay-out
You’ll enter the main entrance through the original marble hallway to the Piano nobile front house where you’ll find a wood burning fire-place and brilliant reading room looking down on the canal. Passing by the patio in the hallway we’ll take you down to the minimalistic and luxurious Bulthaup kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary luxury appliances. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with French doors to minimalistic designed garden.
Walking back through the ‘souterrain’, you’ll find a very spacious pantry in the front facing the patio. Behind it is a spacious laundry room, toilet, storage room, technical room and place to store bikes. This floor is also accessible from the canals.
On the first floor, going up from the Piano nobile you’ll find a cloakroom and a guest toilet. In the back house there is a comfortable sitting/television room where you can relax by the gas fireplace. Here you have wonderful views of the garden.
If we walk up to the second floor in the back house, we enter the master bedroom and bathroom with bathtub, equipped with Japanese toilet. In the front house there is a guest bedroom with separate bathroom and a beautiful office overlooking the canal.
On the third floor there is a semi-apartment in the front house with a bathroom, living room and on the fourth floor a bedroom and workspace. Ideal for older studying children. It is possible to create two bedrooms on the fourth floor.
Upstairs in the front house you’ll find a hybrid space currently set up as a yoga/meditation room.
