The Zuid-As Central Business District/World Trade Centre is a few minutes away by bicycle or foot. Furthermore, the Gelderlandplein mall with it’s luxury shopping, multiple eateries and grocery stores and several other local shopping areas (with AH/Jumbo supermarkets) are all just steps away from the apartment. Public transport to the apartment is extremely convenient with bus stops behind the apartment building and metro 51 and tram 5 nearby as well. Nearby highway entrances S108 and S109 provide convenient access to ring highway A10 and highway A2.
Parking: Ample parking can be found right in front of the building by means of a permit system or for a regular parking fee. Parking permits can be obtained at the Amsterdam district office.

- Income requirement of 3 times the monthly rent;
- Pets are not allowed;
- Sharing this property among 2 or more individuals is not possible. Couples are more than welcome;
- Heating charges will have to be included on top of rent as these are part of the VvE costs of building;
- Contracts for gas(cooking), electricity, water and TV/Internet will be in name of tenant;
