As regards the energy/sustainability: during the renovation, we used premium performance insulated plasterboard for the walls, the windows got monumental double glazing, the new central heating system is a high yield eco system, we installed a heat recovery ventilation system as well, and finally, the apartment has four sun panels, resulting in an A+ energy label.

The apartment is further equipped for safety and comfort with a video intercom system for the main entrance and a video security system for inside the apartment.

And last but not least there is an additional cupboard in the hallway where you can park your suitcases and store respectively your Winter o Summer clothes.

In summary, this is a fantastic must-see apartment for expats who appreciate good quality and luxury and place high demands on their housing abroad.
