In the corner of this building of 2004 you find a spacious and modern apartment. This apartment is located on the third floor which can easily be accessed by elevator. Once in the apartment all rooms can be entered through the hallway. Size wise the two bedrooms are similar in size but it is certainly noticeable which one is the master bedroom.
It is very convenient that there is both a toilet in the bathroom and a separate toilet.
The living is located in the corner of the apartment (and the building) and therefore you have natural light coming from either side. Alongside the living there is a spacious balcony facing North-West with clear views of the Funenpark.

Neighbourhood
The apartment is located in the "Funenpark" district, designed by an architect. This design has created a city park-like atmosphere. This together with the other apartment complexes makes this residential area a playful and unique place to live. In the vicinity you have many shops for daily shopping, unique shops in the Czaar Peterstraat or in the shopping center Brazilië, and plenty of public transport. You will find plenty of restaurants, among others the beer brewery Het IJ (the mill) and Zoo Artis. By car you are on the ring A-10 East within minutes which brings you to the many highways around Amsterdam. Schiphol, the many office parks around Amsterdam, Utrecht and for example the AMC hospital can be reached quickly. The Piet Hein tunnel takes you by car to the center and by bike you are within 10 minutes in the center of Amsterdam.
