This one-bedroom apartment is very well maintained, completely furnished, and boasts a unique view of the Westerkerk. It has a spacious balcony facing South and is located in the middle of the popular neighborhood the Jordaan.

Layout:
You enter the apartment through the front door on the 3rd floor. In the hallway, you will find a wardrobe corner for coats. The hallway gives a direct entrance to the huge open-plan kitchen complete with all needed appliances including a dishwasher, gas stove, hood, oven, fridge/freezer. On the rear side of the apartment in the kitchen, you will find a balcony with some storage space.
Next to the kitchen, the landlord created an open dining corner. The living space is divided into two areas on different levels. On the lower part, you will find the living room with breathtaking views of the canal and the Westertoren for an absolutely amazing Amsterdam experience. The balcony facing the sunny South provides even better views.

The apartment is situated on the Egelantiersgracht. One of the most appealing canals of Amsterdam, in the Northern part of the popular area the Jordaan. On Saturdays and Mondays, you can take a short walk to the shop for (biologic) groceries on the popular markets on the Noordermarkt and Lindengracht. Anne Frank's House is just 250 meters away and Central Station is a 15-minute walk. More public transport options can be found around the corner
