This land borders the open water of the Heeresloot.

Note:
A large, stable floating platform belongs to the houseboat for carrying out exterior works.
All work can be carried out while the houseboat remains occupied.
Tolerated land (gedooggrond)
“Tolerated land” means that no registered owner of the land exists — not the municipality and not Rijkswaterstaat.
No ground lease or rent is charged for this land.
The tolerated land covers approximately 350 m².
In the past, the municipality issued a building permit for the shed located on this land.
The shed (approx. 20 m²) has electricity, a concrete floor and a wood-burning stove.
Building possibilities:
At present, new structures may be built without a permit up to 30% of the 350 m² plot, and even a second storey is permitted.
An atelier, hobby workshop or garden house is possible, but no commercial use is allowed.
If changes are made to the existing situation, only notification to the municipality is required.
Mooring for a boat:
On the side of the open water along the Heeresloot, a jetty can be constructed for a boat, just like the other houseboats.
There is a direct connection to the Frisian waterways, with their many sailing routes and picturesque villages.
Your boat is therefore always close at hand, allowing you to fully enjoy life on the water!
