The outside of the building has been renewed in 2008 and the apartment has been renovated in 2013, where it got a new kitchen and bathroom upgrade. Nearby are a lot of shops and Rembrandt Park. Very close to public transportation and the highway. The apartment is located on the second floor, which you can get to by stairs.

Layout 
You enter the 82 m2 apartment through the hallway. On the right side of the hallway are 2 bedrooms, both with access to a balcony on the west side. The first bedroom is empty and will be a perfect home office/yoga studio or bedroom. The second room has a double bed in it and both rooms have a built-in shelved wardrobe.

On the left side of the hallway are a walk-in closet, toilet, and kitchen. The fully equipped modern kitchen has luxurious built-in appliances like a dishwasher, gas stove, hood, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and lots of storage. There is also a dining table and access to another balcony on the east.

At the end of the hallway is the entrance to the large and bright living room with lots of comfortable seating space as well as storage options. Next to the living room is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, and built-in closets, with direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, shower, and washing machine. You can also access the bathroom through the kitchen. 

On the ground floor is a storage unit of approx. 5m2.

There are many facilities within walking distance. De New International School Esprit (DENISE), public transport, Albert Heijn grocery store, LIDL, and other shops and restaurants. The Rembrandt Park is within walking distance. By car, you are very close to several highways and Schiphol Airport is reachable in a few minutes.
