On the second floor, you will enter apartment D. Once you set foot in the hall of the apartment, you instantly sense this can be a place to feel at home. The hallway gives access to the living room, bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. 

From the hallway you enter the living room which is situated on the front side of the apartment. It is a bright and open space with three large windows with a great view overlooking the lush green Singel canal. Sitting on the comfortable couch here, you may never want to leave this calming room again. A TV set is nicely tucked away in the corner. 
You also find a nice dining table in this room with four comfortable chairs. Next to the table you find the elegant open plan kitchen. It includes everything you need to prepare your delicious dinners; a microwave / steam oven, quooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and plenty of storage space. All hidden behind the stylish black matte look. Behind the wooden door in the kitchen the heating system and washing / dryer combo are nicely hidden. 
 
In the back of the apartment you find the master bedroom with a comfortable bed where you can have a good night’s sleep. The built-in closet contains plenty of storage for your wardrobe.  
From the master bedroom you can access the study room. A firm desk with a comfortable office chair makes sure this is the ideal place to work from home. 

Next to the master bedroom, in the middle of the apartment, you can find the bathroom. It has a modern washbasin with cabinet, a toilet, a modern shower and a towel heater. Also accessible from the hall is a separate toilet with fountain. Both bathroom and toilet are decorated with beautiful marble tiles.

Accessibility

Accessible by public transport by tram on Leidseplein and within walking distance of metro station Rokin and Vijzelgracht. The North-South line has an optimal connection with, among other things, the South Axis and Central Station. Public parking on the street. A short waiting list for a parking permit. Parking in the adjacent Hirsch building may be available on request or otherwise in the Q-Park parking on the other side of the canal.
