Cozy and good quality 2-bedroom furnished apartment with private roof deck located on a prime location on the canal belt!
It is not possible to share this property between two friends/colleagues (it’s too small).
Ideally we’re looking for a single person or a couple without pets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave/oven combination. There is plenty of storage for glasses, plates etc.
The bathroom is provided with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
There are two bedrooms situated on either side of the apartment and can be accessed through the inner staircases. Both bedrooms fit double beds.
From the front bedroom you have access to the private roof deck with a beautiful view over the city. The roof deck is around 15sqm.

The location of the apartment is pretty much perfect, the apartment is located in the middle of the historic city center of Amsterdam.
The canal belt is known for its cozy restaurants and cafes that you can find both in the street and around the corner. Furthermore, the apartment is close to the Noordermarkt, the Haarlemmerstraat, the Jordaan and cozy 9 streets. An area full of beautiful boutiques and cozy terraces in the summer.
Everything is within walking or cycling distance. You are within a 5-minute walk on Dam Square and the department store De Bijenkorf is a stone's throw away.
Within a few minutes' walk you are at the stop of the North-South line (Rokin), this metro will take you to Central Station or the Zuidas within a few minutes. You can also reach the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, Rokin or Raadhuisstraat in no time, where trams pass in all directions constantly. Handy if you are on your way to the museum quarter or the Vondelpark. Enjoy all that Amsterdam has to offer all year round.
