Layout
You enter the apartment (approx. 47 m2) on the ground floor of the building. You come into the hallway, with a separate toilet and entrance to the living room.
The living room is bright because of the large windows facing the sunny south. All windows are double glazed. Just outside the living room is a spacious terrace of almost 15 m2. The modern renovated kitchen has all the appliances you’ll want, like a dishwasher, 4-pits gas stove, separate fridge/freezer, oven, and extractor hood.
Behind the kitchen is the large bedroom, with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. From the bedroom you have access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and washing machine and dryer.
There is also a communal roof terrace for your use and bikes can be parked safely in the communal courtyard which is located behind a fence.
Suitcases or extra luggage can also be stored in a separate storage.
Location
The apartment is well serviced by local amenities, with an array of great cafes, stores, and restaurants at your disposal. It is located on the vibrant east side of the city center alongside the Amstel River. It is the green sunny side of the Amstel River with classic-style buildings. A favorite route for people jogging in Amsterdam. Close to classic pubs like the Ysbreker and café Hesp.
Logistically it is ideally located to be everywhere in Amsterdam quickly by car (Wibautstraat and the A10 to the Zuidas), by metro (just a one minute walk ), by tram (5-minute walk), or by bike. Also convenient is that the Amstel Station is only a 10-minute walk, so the rest of the Netherlands is easily accessible by train.
Public transport 1 min. walk. Trams/metro and buses will bring you to the city center within minutes.
