Once entered on the 3rd floor you will find yourself in a romantic yet modern 118m2 two-floor apartment overlooking the Keizersgracht in the full length. On the 3rd floor, you will find a spacious living room with lots of light, a big separate brand-new kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 5-pits stove) with plenty of space for a huge dining table. You will find the roof terrace, conveniently enough, attached to the kitchen. The separate toilet is in the hallway. On the 4th floor of the building, you find two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobe space and a bathroom with a bath and separate shower in between the bedrooms. This makes the apartment very suitable for two people to share. There is a nice extra space in the attic. Perfect for storage and meditation/yoga room.
