From the hall you enter the spacious living room with TV and double balcony doors. On the left side a large dining table with a spacious kitchen with all appliances and a boiling water tap. The living room has high windows of 2.30 meters and balcony doors of 3.25 meters and therefore lots of natural daylight.
Back to the corridor the spacious bedroom and a large wardrobe and large bed. From the bedroom you have a view of the IJmeer. The bathroom features a rain shower, mirror with heating and granito floor with underfloor heating. There is a separate toilet.

The apartment is located at the end of the quiet Almere Poort. It has its own parking space and the Albert Heijn, Gall & Gall and florist are within a 5-minute walk. A little further is a large marina and the bus will take you to Almere Poort station within 5 minutes. The train takes you to Amsterdam Central in 20 minutes. The neighborhood borders on a green and wooded area.
