LAYOUT
The entrance to the apartment is accessible via the communal staircase on the third floor. At the front of the apartment is the living room with an open kitchen, which features a bay window overlooking the street. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, and a combination microwave oven. At the rear are the bedrooms. The hallway provides access to the bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, sink, and access to the balcony. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
AREA
The neighborhood is surrounded by lots of greenery and is a short distance from the Amsterdamse Bos, the Vondelpark and Beatrixpark. The house is quietly located while all conveniences within the city are easily accessible. Within walking distance are several shops and popular restaurants such as Mr Sam and BAUT as well as the Albert Heijn and the popular French bakery Le Fournil. The lively Amstelveenseweg and Olympiaplein are just around the corner. Public transport is excellent. The Zuidas, Schiphol Airport and the center of Amsterdam can be reached within a short time.
