LAYOUT
Through communal entrance the apartment can be reached on the 6th floor by elevator. The hallway provides access to the dining kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave-oven combination, refrigerator, and freezer. Through the internal staircase you reach the lower floor.
The living room is exceptionally bright thanks to the large windows offering a beautiful view over the Schinkel and the city. From the living room, there is access to a smaller bedroom furnished with a single bed. At the rear is the master bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony.
Ensuite to the master bedroom is a spacious walk-in closet that connects to the laundry area with a washing machine. The bathroom features a shower, washbasin with vanity, and a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
A parking space on the private parking lot can be rented optionally.

This apartment is located on the Sloterkade, close to the Hoofddorpplein. The building, known as the "Lightfactory," is an architect-designed complex inspired by an old factory, with each apartment being unique. The neighborhood offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, and dining options, from cozy cafés to waterfront restaurants. Vondelpark is within walking distance, providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation and sports, while Amsterdamse Bos is also easily accessible. Daily essentials can be found at nearby supermarkets such as Albert Heijn and various specialty stores. The location is very well connected: trams and buses to the city center and Lelylaan station stop nearby, and by car you can reach the A10 ring road within minutes.
STREET NAME
The Sloterkade is named after the village of Sloten, as the road along the Schinkel formed the connection to that village. The name therefore refers to the quay that ran along the water in the direction of Sloten.
