There are plenty of shops and restaurants at walking distance and Artis and the Hortus Botanicus are around the corner. For a walk the Oosterpark and Sarphatipark are very nice.
LAYOUT
Private entrance on the ground floor. Through the hallway, you enter the living room. This floor has an open layout, with the living room in the center and the fully equipped kitchen and dining area at the rear. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, and a Quooker. From the dining area, you can access the terrace and the lower garden through French doors.
An internal staircase leads to the souterrain, where all the bedrooms are located. Two bedrooms feature double beds, with the master bedroom providing access to a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is set up as an office and comes with a desk, chair, and wardrobe. There is another smaller room which can be used as a storage. STREETNAME
The Nieuwe Prinsengracht was created during the final expansion of Amsterdam’s canal belt in the seventeenth century. Its name refers to the new part of the original Prinsengracht, constructed east of the Amstel river during this period.
