The house is additonally only about 5 minutes by bike from the ferry, so you can be in the center of Amsterdam within a short time.

Upon entering, take the stairs to the first floor. To the front of the home is the bright living room with a view of the street. The living room is attractively decorated with a spacious white sofa, a large television screen and a warm, homely appearance.
At the rear is the modern kitchen, equipped with a stylish white stone worktop and dark wood accents. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including crockery, cutlery, a built-in fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a spacious wooden dining table where you can have a nice dinner.
From the kitchen you step onto the sunny south-facing balcony where chairs are situated ready to enjoy the sun. On this floor there is also a separate toilet.
The spacious master bedroom on the second floor is on the garden side. Thanks to the sloping roof and the skylights, this room has a cozy attic atmosphere. The large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space.
Next to the bedroom is the modern bathroom with a double sink, washing machine, second toilet and a spacious shower finished with beautiful green-blue tiles.
On the street side there is a separate small office with desk and chair, ideal for working from home.
In addition, there is an extra room that is currently furnished as a children's room with a bed and chest of drawers, but thanks to the available sofa bed and large closet can also serve perfectly as a guest- children's or hobby-room.
The current residents are a family of three and will stay abroad from mid-August to end-February. That is why they are looking for temporary tenants who want to use and care for their lovely home.
