This houseboat is located in Oud West, near the Kinkerstraat, the trendy Hallen and not far from the Vondelpark. This ark is offered in its current state, including the existing interior. It is available for a longer period of time, and has a very nice location in the middle of the water.
Layout: entrance with small hall, on the right side the living room with a simple open kitchen. Sliding doors to the outdoor terrace. In the middle section there is a toilet and washing machine room. On the other side there is a simple bedroom with access to the adjacent shower.
This is a basic but cozy and nicely located houseboat that is offered in its current state.
Good to know:
1. Work will be planned on the quay from 2026. This ark will eventually be (temporarily) towed to a location not far from the current location. The terrace will most likely not move with it.
2. The ark is offered in its current, furnished condition
3. The rental price excludes the rental costs for the mooring, excludes a subscription to the sewer service and excludes usage charges.
